A leadership program tailored to address the unique challenges commonly faced by all levels of leadership of Ontario agencies, regulatory bodies and tribunals.  Tribunal management as well as leaders of Regulators, Agencies, Boards and Commissions will benefit from the experience and expertise brought by our presenters and fellow attendees.  Enhance your leadership knowledge and skills to help you to:

  • Lead your organization as one who effectively inspires, as well as manages

  • Maintain institutional independence and protect the independence of individual decision-makers

  • Lead effectively in times of change, whether the change is generated internally or externally

  • Communicate to bridge differences, shift mindset and drive innovation  

  • Develop and practice the skills needed for that 'difficult conversation'
