In this interactive Zoom panel discussion, learn how to prepare for the optimal remote experience; how to ensure equal and balanced access to technology; marshal and receive oral and electronic evidence; assess credibility, accommodate cultural diversity; and disabilities; and address matters relating to privacy in cyberspace.
