Social Media: A Balancing Act is a workshop designed for managers looking to learn about best practices for social media policies and practices and staff looking to understand the implications of social media use on their professional obligations.

This timely workshop will cover the issues and risks involved in social media use, key concepts for policy development, and tips for successful personal use of social media.

The workshop will include an interactive discussion of social media scenarios based on actual cases.
