Administrative Law Primer
Ontario's administrative agencies and regulators must act fairly in accordance with administrative law principles. But what does that mean?
This half-day workshop will provide a "plain language" overview of the key administrative law concepts.
The workshop is designed for staff looking for an introduction to key administrative law concepts or a refresher. The workshop would also interest managers and legal staff looking for tips on how to communicate administrative law concepts more effectively to non-legal staff.
