Social Media use has exploded and continues to grow on a daily basis. In this environment, how can organizations implement and use platforms like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in their daily operations? What are some of the benefits to using social media? What are the challenges and how can these challenges be overcome? Attend this half-day session to hear from experienced social media users who will provide examples of how different organizations are using social media and the operational impact of such use. They will explore the how’s and why’s of using social media, and discuss some of the challenges faced when venturing into the social media world.
