Putting Social Media To Work For You: The Uses, Benefits and Challenges
Social Media use has exploded and continues to grow on a daily basis. In this environment, how can organizations implement and use platforms like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in their daily operations? What are some of the benefits to using social media? What are the challenges and how can these challenges be overcome? Attend this half-day session to hear from experienced social media users who will provide examples of how different organizations are using social media and the operational impact of such use.
