This is our Annual Meeting for our members. SOAR members who wish to attend the AGM may register, as your RSVP. Following the AGM, there will be refreshments and an awards ceremony of the SOAR Scholarship and SOAR Medal.

SOAR 2025 ANNUAL MEETING

WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 10, 5:00-7:00pm

ARTS & LETTERS CLUB, 14 Elm Street, Toronto

The evening will commece with the AGM and will be followed by a reception and awards presentation, mingling and networking in the beautiful heritage buiding of the Arts & Letters Club. Join us!

  • 5:00pm- 5:10pm Registration for SOAR members
  • 5:10pm-SOAR's 2024 Annual General Meeting
  • 6:00pm - Cash Bar opens and appetizers will be served
  • 6:15pm-7:00pm- 2025 SOAR Scholarship and SOAR Medal Awards
  • 7:00pm-onward- Networking reception with colleagues
