Highly organized and able to translate complex findings into accessible language, you will support the Office by interpreting policy and legislation, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of complaint data, identifying key trends, analyzing and assessing the impacts of government policy, and providing research while ensuring all findings, data, recommendations, and theories are documented. Your work will include research and associated analysis of investigative evidence, formulation of the findings and recommendations for changes and improvements to service, process, regulations etc. You are engaged and determined to stay current with the latest developments in the energy sector generally—and Hydro One specifically—and have the foresight to identify emerging issues within the energy field and their possible effect on the various social, economic, and environmental needs of communities.
Your direct experience in the fields of public sector policy and research, social justice, consumer advocacy and/or administrative fairness is complemented by post-secondary studies in a related professional discipline. Your data analysis expertise in Microsoft Excel and ability to write, research, and organize will be used to support equity, inclusion, and organizational change.
