“Revenge of the Administrative Law Primer” is designed for staff or management looking to dig a bit deeper into administrative law concepts through case scenarios and problem solving using the same practical plain language approach employed in SAMN’s highly successful Administrative Law Primer. Some topics include bias, reasons, and other fairness principles.

This half-day workshop will build on the concepts introduced in the Administrative Law Primer - a plain language introduction to administrative law basics. These concepts form the basis of the activities of regulatory bodies and tribunals.

Didn’t attend the Administrative Law Primer? Don’t panic! The workshop will include a condensed review of the key concepts so that anyone can participate.

DON’T MISS OUT! REGISTRATION IS LIMITED

Speakers:  Jill Cross (Investigation Counsel, Law Society of Upper Canada)

Laura Pettigrew (Senior Counsel, Office of the Ombudsman of Ontario)

Sarah Schumacher (Associate Counsel, WSIAT)
